ICF - Magnificat - Concert graphics

May / June 2017
International Choir Frankfurt
on stage in June - an annual event of sacred music of the highest standard.

Again this year, the Frankfurt International Choir (ICF) organised an extraordinary concert: the "Magnificat" in 2 different versions. Georg Philipp Telemann and John Rutter are composers chosen by the music director, Wolfgang Grimm. The music was interpreted by the ICF with the help of the "Consortium Musicum Frankfurt" orchestra and soloists - Miyuko Matsumoto (Soprano), Annette Beck (Alto), Joachim Streckfuss (Tenor) and Wolfgang Weiss (Bass).

We deliberately continued last year's graphic theme to ensure targeted, recognisable communications. Nevertheless, we have personalized it to allow expansion of the concert's subject: the "Magnificat" is the solemn song of Mary that announces the birth of the Messiah.
A rose - among many symbolic interpretations - also represents purity and virginity. Rutter himself included the ancient English poem "Of a Rose, a beautiful Rose, of a Rose is all my song" in the lyrics, where Mary is compared to a rose.

Again, we are proud to have contributed, as a sponsor, in the production of the ICF concert.
